Terms:
$300 security deposit due at registration to be returned after cottage inspection.
One half of rental rate is due 60 days before check-in. Balance due 30 days prior to check-in, or at time of registration if less than 30 days.

Cancellation policy:   Cancellations 30 days or less will be subject to a cancellation fee of one half the rental rate if the owner is unable to rent to another party.
